In order to satisfy all learner's needs, Corporate Languages Services is proposing flexible tailor-made and personalized french as a foreign language, english and italian language courses for individuals, small group work and businesses by webcam, by telephone and intensive lessons during business hours.
Different major challenges have been identified for building sufficient flexibility into the materials to cater to a variety of learners'styles, interests and skill levels.
In a telephone and webcam situation, learners (individual or small group) have access to visual support, and can take turn in answering the teachers' question.
During intensive lessons, learners can exchange together and work on pronunciation with their teacher and on grammar with specific and actual books. Activities may occure learning environment in different contexts.
From a pedagogical perspective, grammar-based activities remain an important part of linguistic training for beginning students.
